How It Works

Automatic Frame Detection

The engine parses the drawing and intelligently identifies borders and frames. Each frame is treated as a separate PDF page.

Each detected frame is converted into a separate PDF page. Review the result, rearrange or delete pages as needed, and download a clean, print-ready PDF instantly.

Page Dimension

Controls the size and scaling of each PDF page. Let the app decide automatically or fine-tune every aspect manually.

Setting Description
Automatic DEFAULT The app detects each frame's dimensions and sets the page size accordingly. Recommended for most drawings.
Page Width Manually set the output page width (in mm or inches).
Page Height Manually set the output page height.
Fit to Page Scales drawing content to fill the entire page regardless of the original scale.
Scale Set a specific drawing scale. Overrides Fit to Page when both are set.
Margin Add whitespace around content on each page.

Color Mode

Choose how colors from the original CAD drawing appear in the exported PDF.

With Color

Preserves all original layer colors from the DXF/DWG file. Ideal for design review and presentations.

Monochromatic

Converts all elements to black and white. Best for printing, archiving, and technical submissions.

Supported Formats

.dxf (recommended) and .dwg. Detected borders are ordered left to right, then top to bottom, matching the natural reading direction of most CAD sheet layouts. Each border maps to one PDF page in that order.

Missing or Unsupported Fonts

Most standard TTF and SHX fonts are bundled with the app. However, if you see □□□ squares instead of characters in your PDF, it means that font is not yet supported. You can send us the font file and we'll add it to the app.
